3. Changes and Cancellations:

• Clients may request changes to bookings, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
• Celebrate Vacation. Ltd reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Documents:

• Clients are responsible for obtaining and verifying the accuracy of their travel documents.
• Celebrate Vacation. Ltd is not liable for issues arising from clients’ incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

5. Travel Insurance:

• Celebrate Vacation. Ltd strongly recommends clients to obtain travel insurance for their protection.
• The agency is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage during the trip.

6. Itinerary and Services:

• The agency may modify the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming their itinerary before departure.

7. Health and Safety:

• Clients are responsible for their health and safety during the trip.
• Any health or safety requirements are communicated in advance.

8. Force Majeure:

• Celebrate Vacation. Ltd is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

9. Complaints and Disputes:

• Clients must promptly report any issues during the trip for resolution.
• Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

10. Liability:

• Flyer Choice’s liability is limited to the cost of the services booked.
• Clients are encouraged to report issues promptly to allow for timely resolution.

11. Termination of Services:

• Celebrate Vacation. Ltd may terminate services for non-compliance with terms or disruptive behavior.

12. Confidentiality:

1. You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions.

2. 61 Days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% refund of the amount received

3. 60 to 41 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 20% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded 

4. 40 to 31 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
